Concessions:  Improper Coke deliveries have resulted in the lost via theft of several cases of coke.  We will need to install canvass to try to prevent theft.  It was recommended that we put a lock on the deep freezer.  Several teams have volunteered for track events.  We are considering buying a shed for pop to prevent thefts.  It was suggested that we solicit a donation from CEO of home depot who is a 1974 alumni of Auburn.  It was suggested to put together a wish list for the shed, gator (utility vehicle), and other items the booster club needs.  We are considering having a 4-H club to come in to help put together a planning guide for class officers.   Spirit wear will order T-shirts for sale at May 12, 2006 track meet.  Elections for new board members will take place at the next board meeting on May 8, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.  Prospective members who want to join the board for 2006-2007 are invited to attend.

The next meeting is May 8, 2006 at 6 pm in the faculty lounge at Auburn.
