Concessions:  Volunteers are needed for track meets otherwise we might consider hiring a school group.  Theft continues to be a problem .  Doritos were stolen prior to the last game.  Solutions were discussed.  Spirit wear needs people to sell during freshman registration. It was discussed to solicit sophomore and junior parents to volunteer.

Athletic Director’s Report:  Attendance was very poor at the regionals.  Track equipment was ordered and is in.  We will use portable lighting for May 12 track meet to accommodate the triple jump and poll vault activities.  T-shirt order forms  are available to be included with packet.  The prom date has moved to 5/13/06 and conflicts with the girl’s track sectional. Boys baseball regional in Geneseo on 5/12/06.  Coaches will attend freshman registration.

Unfinished Business:  The dance made $159.  Spring Fling was discussed, similar to a fun fair; however planning time is short.  Discussed how to assist classes & organizations with responsibilities including deadlines in planning activities.  It was suggested that the Booster Club provide a basic handbook on fundraising opportunities & timelines.  Meeting adjourned 7:45 p.m.
