The Auburn Booster Club (ABC) Needs YOU!

May 24, 2010 is the last Booster Club meeting of the year. Officers for next year (2010-2011 school year) will be voted in at this time. If you are or will be a member and would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please feel free to email the information to auburnboosterclub@yahoo.com. All members are invited to attend the meeting. It will begin at 6:30 pm in the Main Campus Library.

Board Members include the Officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 3 to 12 other individuals to compose the Board of Directors. Each term is one year beginning July 1.

The Booster Club will also be looking for chairpersons and committee members in the following areas:

Concessions Chairperson and committee members

Membership committee members

Public Relations committee members

Special Events committee to include a Sports Award Banquet Coordinator

Finance/Fundraising Chairperson and 3 committee members to include an On The Waterfront Coordinator

And Spiritwear Coordinator

Most of the current Officers and Board of Directors have students that will be graduating this year. Without new parent involvement, ABC will cease to exist. Please consider helping lead this group.

This is an all school fundraiser meaning that for each sport/activity that a decal is sold displaying, it is that sport/activity that will receive the proceeds. i.e. football sells a decal, the football team will receive the earnings from that decal. For the decals displaying the school logo, the proceeds will go into the general athletic fund. These decals can be personalized with a first name, last name or not at all.

Membership
